Frequently Asked Questions

Understand how the programs fit together, what happens at each stage, and what to expect when we work with your business.

Who We Help & Why

Who do we work best with?

We work best with business owners who are managing people, serving customers, and looking for better results. Whether you handle sales yourself or have a team, you’re responsible for making sure sales and marketing produce the results your business needs.

You care about your business and are willing to work on how you attract leads, sell, and grow customer relationships, whether you’re addressing a challenge or building on good results.

How will working with you help my business?

We help you attract the right leads, close more sales, and grow revenue with existing customers by connecting your sales and marketing activities. You’ll have practical processes, tools built around your business, and guidance to put them to work and keep improving.

What if we’re already getting good sales results?

Good results are a strong foundation to build on. Stronger messaging and more effective sales processes help you understand what’s working, apply it more consistently, and find opportunities you may be overlooking. That could mean stronger margins, better follow-up, or more revenue from existing customers.

How the Programs Fit Together

How do the three programs fit together?

One full day + two virtual follow-up sessions: Sales and Marketing Workshop. Learn the frameworks for messaging, marketing, prospecting, selling, and growing revenue with existing customers, then begin applying them to your business.

Typically 30–60 days: Sales and Marketing Transformation Program. Meet with us multiple times to build on your workshop work, refine your processes, and develop and use your sales tools and marketing assets.

Monthly guidance: Sales and Marketing Tracking Program. After Transformation, meet throughout the month to review results, work through opportunities, and keep improving the system we’ve built together.

Can I attend the workshop without committing to the other programs?

Yes. The Sales and Marketing Workshop can stand alone. You leave with frameworks, completed worksheets, and practical starting points. Two included virtual follow-up sessions help you continue applying what you learned.

When you want hands-on help to develop that work further, continue into the Sales and Marketing Transformation Program. The Sales and Marketing Tracking Program follows the Workshop and Transformation, providing ongoing guidance for the system we’ve developed together.

What It’s Like to Work With Us

What’s included in the Sales and Marketing Workshop?

Spend one full day in person learning frameworks for messaging, marketing, prospecting, selling, and growing revenue with existing customers. Guided exercises help you begin applying them, with completed worksheets and practical starting points you can use in your business.

Two virtual follow-up sessions, typically 90 minutes each, help you review progress, work through questions, and refine your next steps as you put what you learned into practice.

What are the different ways to attend the Sales and Marketing Workshop?

Public small-group workshop: Join other business owners in a group of up to 10 participants when dates are available.

Private workshop: Schedule a workshop for your business or group, focused on your sales processes and opportunities.

Sponsored workshop: Attend a workshop hosted by a bank, credit union, or another organization for its business customers, members, or partners.

How are the workshop follow-ups different from the Transformation Program?

The two virtual follow-up sessions are included with your workshop. They give you time to ask questions, review what you’ve tried, and refine your next steps as you apply the workshop frameworks.

The Sales and Marketing Transformation Program is a continuation with its own agreed scope and investment. We work together over a typical 30–60-day period to refine your processes, develop the tools and marketing assets in your plan, and put them into regular use.

How does the Sales and Marketing Transformation Program build on the workshop?

We meet multiple times over the course of the program to continue the work you started in the Sales and Marketing Workshop. Together, we refine and apply the processes and build the sales tools and marketing assets your business needs.

Working sessions focus on your business, with time between meetings to review and put the work into practice. We build on what you already have and establish responsibilities and a way to track progress. You can arrange the Workshop and Transformation together, beginning with the workshop.

How long does the Sales and Marketing Transformation Program take?

Typically 30–60 days. The scope, what you already have in place, and the level of involvement needed from you and your team help determine the timeline.

We agree on the work, schedule, responsibilities, and investment before we begin. The timeframe describes the period we’re working together, with meetings and implementation work scheduled around the agreed plan.

How much of my time will the Transformation Program take?

The 30–60 days is the overall period we work together. Your involvement includes scheduled working sessions, sharing information, reviewing the tools and assets we develop, and practicing the processes in your business.

We agree on who needs to participate, what each person is responsible for, and the time needed around your scope and availability. You’ll know what is expected before we begin.

What happens after the Sales and Marketing Transformation Program?

The next step is the Sales and Marketing Tracking Program. We meet throughout the month to review results, messaging, marketing, and new or existing-customer sales opportunities. We work through what needs attention and agree on adjustments and next steps.

We continue improving the system developed through the Workshop and Transformation. We agree on ongoing guidance, marketing support, responsibilities, and monthly investment for your business. Larger new projects are scoped separately.

How does ongoing marketing fit into the Tracking Program?

Marketing is one part of keeping your sales and marketing system working. We review results across all five processes, set priorities, and coordinate the marketing work included in your plan so it supports your sales goals.

That may include updates to your website, content, campaigns, or follow-up tools. We agree on the work, responsibilities, and monthly investment together, with larger new projects scoped separately.

What marketing assets can you help us build?

As part of your agreed Sales and Marketing Transformation Program scope, we can build or improve your website, business profiles, search and AI visibility, social media content, email and text campaigns, CRM and automation, video, review processes, and reporting. Those assets connect with your messaging and sales processes.

Can I hire you only for a website or marketing services?

No. We offer website and marketing services to clients who are participating in or have completed our Sales and Marketing Transformation Program.

Your website and marketing assets are part of the system we build together. They connect your messaging with how you attract leads, follow up, sell, and grow customer relationships.

What if I already have a website or someone handling my marketing?

We start by reviewing what you already have and how it’s supporting your business. From there, we identify what to keep, improve, connect, or replace. The goal is to build a stronger system around your sales processes and goals, with a clear understanding of who is responsible for each part.

Sponsoring a Workshop

Who should sponsor a Sales and Marketing Workshop, and why?

Sponsorship fits organizations whose success is connected to the businesses they serve, including banks, credit unions, CPA firms, law firms, distributors, and channel companies.

A distributor can help customers improve how they sell, creating opportunities for them to grow and buy more. A bank or credit union can support its business customers’ growth while strengthening those relationships. Sponsoring gives your customers practical help they can put to work.
